Description
This microcredential offers practical training aimed at improving internal communication within organizations. Through four participatory sessions, participants will analyze how communication currently works within their teams, identify common problems in information transmission, and work with practical tools to improve communication flows.
The course will address key aspects such as message construction, clarification of roles within the team, the use of internal communication tools, and the design of communication flow diagrams that help organize and optimize communication processes within the organization.

Access prerequisites and admission criteria
No specific prior academic requirements are needed to access this microcredential. The training is aimed at professionals, team leaders, management staff, and individuals interested in improving internal communication processes within their organizations.
If the number of applications exceeds the available places, priority will be given to participants who work in companies or organizations, especially those with responsibilities in team coordination or organizational management.
Required age: between 25 and 64 years old (during the activity period).

University of the Basque Country
She holds a PhD in Audiovisual Communication and Advertising and is a lecturer at the University of the Basque Country. She previously holds a degree in Advertising and Public Relations and a Masters in Social Communication. She has been a Visiting Researcher at the Public University of New York and in Ireland, at the University of Limerick. Her research has focused on minority languages and feminism; the main research topics have been bilingual advertising and patriarchal regeneration mechanisms. She currently leads a team that studies language branding. On the other hand, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of Berria Group. She is an activist of various social movements and also works as a political analyst in the Basque media: Argia, ETB1, ETB2, Euskadi Irratia and Hamaika TB among others. In addition, in his professional career, she has been a communications consultant for various companies and public administration.
